Recent Development

• In March 2023, READY Robotics and Rockwell combined ForgeOS with their Logix controllers and design and simulation tools. The combination will shorten the time to market for industrial automation deployment and facilitate robot integration. 
• Teway Food upgraded its production line to meet the growing demand for compound seasoning in January 2023 and installed ABB's automated solution, which included 10 IRB 6700 robots, 65 IRB 360 delta robots fast picking robots, three IRB 660 robots, and a 3D vision system to help identify and locate products as they are fed to the line. Because of these technologies, TewayFood is the first company in the industry to deploy 3D vision-assisted robot positioning for feeding manufacturing lines. 
• In October 2022, Mike Lynch, a veteran of the packaging equipment industry, has been named director for the North American market by Shemesh Automation. Lynch is expected by the company to contribute to market expansion and improve customer satisfaction by bringing to his new position his more than 30 years of experience with machinery and equipment and familiarity with Shemesh's clients, both old and new, gained through his previous positions with major industry players like Bauer, Multivac, and Elsner Engineering Works.
