As part of this agreement, ANSR will set up ServiceNow Centers of Excellence in more than 60 Global Capability Centers (GCCs) to provide 3,500 individuals with ServiceNow platform training throughout India. ANSR intends to use ServiceNow to enable its internal GCC service delivery, which will include the Now Assist generative Al (GenAl) features.
